Sms spamming in eu

hello everyone,

looking for some information.
I'm currently trying to find out what the best sms gateway AND best place to host my site (i heard mexico servers are good but no idea where to look), but having no luck at the moment. any reccomendations i will be happy to hear.

I need to send few million bulk sms as well but no luck so far, these things used to be so simple
